Oakstone Construction Group takes on the projects other contractors call ambitious — full renovations, ground-up developments, commercial fit-outs and extensions where the brief is exacting and the finish has to be right the first time.

Registered in England as Oakstone Construction Group Ltd, the practice is led from Ilford across London, Essex and Kent, with every project managed by a single point of accountability from first sketch to final handover.

01 Consultation

Brief & Site Assessment

A site visit and detailed brief establish scope, constraints and budget parameters before a single drawing is produced.

02 Design

Concept & Technical Drawings

Architectural concepts are developed and refined with the client, then progressed into full technical and structural drawings.

03 Approvals

Planning & Building Control

Planning applications, party wall matters and building control sign-off are managed directly, keeping the client clear of council correspondence.

04 Construction

Build & Site Management

A dedicated site manager runs the programme day to day, with scheduled client updates and a fixed-price contract in place throughout.

05 Handover

Snagging & Completion

A joint snagging walkthrough closes out every detail before keys, certificates and warranties are handed over.
